Back then (it was in the 90s) there was almost nothing available commercially that was gluten-free. I say that if you have to go GF, this is a good time for it. I wholeheartedly recommend the Gluten-Free Girl (blog). I used to read it all the time even when I realized I didn't have celiac disease. She has a couple of good cookbooks, too. I hope this is temporary for you. Especially because gf bread is not so great!Sally Andersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07915099472711692640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-608689234920116693.post-45909584077014597312012-02-08T12:04:07.066-08:002012-02-08T12:04:07.066-08:00I, too, am sorry to hear about the health challeng...I, too, am sorry to hear about the health challenges, but you certainly were creative with problem solving for the Communion Bread! I love the idea of a homemade one as oppose to mass bought, so much better on a symbolical level :-)coffeeaddicthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08719243899202995984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-608689234920116693.post-79154179551628814142012-02-05T17:15:28.479-08:002012-02-05T17:15:28.479-08:00Wow, that is a great accomplishment and your hubby...Wow, that is a great accomplishment and your hubby knew you were good for the challenge.<br />ThereseTherese's Treasureshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11048140538791568162noreply@blogger.com
